HOW TO APPLY

YOUR APPLICATION

If you fit the criteria we fund, then please send us your application ( link below) by email (or post) with your accounts and annual report or the link to your website.

We are keen to support organisations that:

  • Address a clear need

  • Are clear about who they work with

  • Offer a plausible solution to the problem faced

  • Involve people with lived experience in decision-making

  • Can show they are making a difference

  • Are serious about learning

We meet annually in February so it's best to get your application to us by January.

We aim to send out the funds by the end of February. If you don't hear from us then we were unable to fund you this time round. You are welcome to reapply.

OUR CRITERIA

We support charities who work with & support groups that are radically disadvantaged, in particular:

  • Refugees & asylum seekers

  • Substance abusers

  • Offenders & ex-offenders

  • At risk & marginalised young people

  • People in insecure housing.

We also look to support charities that meet the following:

  • An annual income less than £300k

  • The funds will be used for delivery in the UK.

  • No royal patron

  • Does not promote a particular religion.

As a small charity we tend to give small sums. Our biggest grant to date has been £5000. This may change in the coming years but for 2020/21 we expect that figure to remain.
